Welcome to Velez Power Washing. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Velez Power Washing provides exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to, power washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and related services.

2. Quotes & Estimates

All quotes are free and provided based on the information you share. Final pricing may vary depending on actual site conditions.

3. Contracts & Service Agreement

  • A written service agreement or contract must be signed before any work begins.

  • If the contract is not signed prior to the work, the service may be canceled or rescheduled.

  • The client must ensure property access (water, electricity, entry to work areas) on the service date.

​

4. Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, check, and most major credit/debit cards.

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

​

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Velez Power Washing reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unsafe weather conditions, safety concerns, or lack of signed agreement.

6. Liability

  • We take care to protect your property. However, Velez Power Washing is not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing damage to surfaces, siding, paint, or fixtures.

    • Damage resulting from improper installation, age, or poor condition of materials.

    • Damage to roofs, windows, or fragile surfaces due to existing weakness or deterioration.

  • The customer acknowledges that high-pressure cleaning may reveal pre-existing conditions not visible prior to service.

7. Weather Policy

  • For the safety of our crew and quality of service, appointments may be rescheduled in the event of rain, storms, or extreme weather conditions.

  • Clients will be notified as soon as possible, and a new service date will be arranged.

8. Limited Guarantee

  • While we strive for the highest quality results, certain natural conditions such as mold, mildew, and algae may reappear over time.

  • We do not provide extended warranties beyond what is expressly agreed in writing.

9. Warranties

We do not provide warranties beyond what is expressly stated in writing for specific services.

​

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velez Power Washing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
